Terms of Service 

  • Clients who choose to become a subscriber for the 2 - 3 cuts a month service, agree to a three months subscription before cancellation.  This includes the SLP for SMS subscription.   • Clients who choose 4 cuts a month agree to commit into a one year subscription.

  • Once signed up to the SLP, subscriptions will be auto charged depending on how many cuts clients want within that month.

Example of how recurring payments will be charged:

(Note:  we do not offer refunds)
2 cuts = $70 ÷ 2 = $35  (this amount will be charged on the 1st and 15th of every month)
3 cuts = $99 ÷ 3 = $33  (this amount will be charged every 10 days)
4 cuts = $100 ÷ 4 = $25  (this amount will be charged weekly)

Clients will be charged on the payment method entered into the booking system. It’s best to ensure your payment method is up to date in the system, i.e) update credit card information, if your card has expired. This way you can continue being part of the program to enjoy the discounts and benefits. Service may not be provided if a matter occurs where a payment does not go through.

  • To provide continuous service, your subscription will switch to month-to-month once your initial 3 months subscription ends. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above -- described automatic renewals.

  • If you do not wish for your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, please contact us and provide one month's notice of cancellation.

  • SLP Services must be used within the month, as there is no carry over.

  • To cancel your subscription, call the studio at 778-681-5464 or email sigmabarberstudio@gmail.com with “subject line: Cancel subscription”.  A one month cancellation notice is required.  

  • Cancellations and no-shows disrupt business and scheduling, we charge 50% of service booked if this incident occurs.  If you’re unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know 12 hours in advance.  Send us an email, sigmabarberstudio@gmail.com or give us a call at the studio 778-681-5464.
